Vicksburg Man Arrested on Drug Charges

VICKSBURG, MS (Ben Caxton) — A Vicksburg man was arrested on a drug warrant Tuesday according to police in that city. 35-year-old Keafur Lamont Wallace is accused of selling cocaine within 1500 feet of a school. He was arrested at his home about 5 a.m. Tuesday by police and the Mississippi Highway Patrol S.W.A.T team after undercover teams were able to buy drugs from at the home. Wallace is currently being held without bail in the Madison County Jail pending an initial appearance in Municipal Court today.
