Shots Fired in Greenville Argument over a Woman

GREENVILLE, WI (Ben Caxton) — An argument between two men over a woman ended up with shots being fired in Greenville Thursday afternoon. Police were called to the 500 block of East Ohea around 1:20 PM where they arrested one of the two men who was still on the scene, 30-year-old Javoris Alexander. Investigators say the argument between the men was over a woman Alexander is dating, and who is a member of the other man’s family. During the argument, both men pulled firearms and began to fire at each other, but neither hit the other. Alexander has been charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon but police say other charges may follow.
