JACKSON, MS (Ben Caxton) — the Mississippi Public Service Commission has selected a new Chairman and approved rate decreases for Entergy and Mississippi Power customers. First-term Southern District Commissioner and former Pascagoula Mayor Dane Maxwell was elected to Chairman by his fellow Commissioners during the PSC’s first meeting, succeeding Brandon Presley.
