Greenwood Mayor Sidelined by Home Quarantine

GREENWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — Four Greenwood city leaders are in quarantine after finding out that two people at a conference they recently attended in Washington, DC, are being treated for the Wuhan virus. Included in the group is Greenwood Mayor Carolyn McAdams, along with City Council members Charles McCoy and Johnny Jennings, and Brantley Snipes, executive director of Main Street Greenwood. The four are expected to remain at home until next Tuesday. Reportedly all are feeling well, and have shown no symptoms yet of being infected. ,
