Gas hits five-year low

Gas has now fallen below two dollars a gallon in multiple locations around the Delta. Analysts say it’s been about five years since prices have broken the two dollar mark. Statewide, gas is averaging 2.11 a gallon, and a little less here in the Delta. The lowest price recorded locally was 1.90, and analysts say it may fall even further in the coming weeks.
