Exxon Robbery Leads To $5,000 Reward

GREENVILLE, MS (Ben Caxton) — Exxon is offering a $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest of suspects that robbed one of their Greenville stores. Greenville Police tell Delta Daily News that officers were called to the Exxon at 711 East Reed Road shortly before 6:00 AM Monday morning. Employees told police when they arrived that they had been robbed by a black male who entered the store and demanded the money. The suspect then fled the store on foot traveling south towards Fairview Avenue. Employees told police the suspect displayed a firearm during the robbery. No injuries were reported. Exxon is offering a 5,000.00 reward to anyone that can provide information that leads to the arrest and the conviction of the people involved. Anyone with that information should call the Greenville Police Department and speak to the Criminal Investigation Division.
