Bond set in Persimmon Street Shooting

Bond has been set for the suspect in a shooting on Persimmon Street last week. Municipal Court Judge Michael Prewitt set bond at 30-thousand dollars for 30-year-old Casey Ollie. He was arrested on Edison Street, shortly after he allegedly shot Edwin Cork on Persimmon Street. The 27-year-old victim survived the incident but required several days of care in a Jackson hospital. He is the 13th shooting victim of the year in Greenville.
