Arkansas House Candidate Arrested Yesterday

DREW COUNTY, AR (Wesley Carnicle) — Wesley Carnicle tells Delta Daily News that Jim Hall, Republican candidate for the District 9 in the Arkansas House of Representatives has been arrested. Police caught up with Hall and detained him yesterday around 2:00 pm. He had been ordered to stop harassing Monticello Arkansas attorney Paul Keith. Apparently, he did not, and now will spend the next ninety days behind bars at the Drew County Detention Facility.
