BATESVILLE, MS (Ben Caxton) — The woman shot by her husband in the parking lot of the Batesville police station last week is in critical condition at a Memphis Hospital. 37-year-old L.C. Webb shot Tabitha Sanford Webb before shooting and killing himself. The couple separated in December and L.C. a truck driver, moved to another home. On February 1st Tabitha Webb filed for divorce in Panola County and asked for a protective order against her husband saying he’d thrown a glass at her.
