Volunteers are Needed to Make a Difference in Literacy

(Greenville, MS)- My Brother’s Keeper initiative is kicking off the school year with several events in their efforts to improve student literacy, but are in desperate need of volunteers. Beginning in September, the program will offer a city-wide third grade reading initiative. Organizers like Joyce Parker says it’s more than just reading to kids.
