VICKSBURG, MS (Ben Caxton) — Tennessee Titans cornerback, and Vicksburg native Malcolm Butler was on hand in Vicksburg Tuesday to help break ground on the city’s new state-of-the-art $20M sports complex. The new sports complex will boast 13 fields for baseball, soccer and create employment for over 100 people. Money for the project is being raised by a 2% tax on restaurant, food and beverage sales and hotel room rentals approved by voters.
