Venezuelans Arrested Tampering with Atm in Flowood

FLOWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — Flowood Police Thursday arrested two men tampering with a local ATM. The pair, with New York addresses but bot carrying Venezuelan passports were attempting to attach a card skimmer to the ATM to steal card information from users of the ATM. 32-year-old Roger Oscar Solorzano and 42-year-old Jonas Francisco have been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. They are being held in the Rankin County Jail.
