Two Washington County Gunshop Robbers in Custody

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MS (Ben Caxton) — A Washington County firearms store was robbed twice in the same week, and that got the attention of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, and Firearms. An investigation by the federal agency and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department led to the arrest of two men in connection with one of the robberies. 20-year-old Markell Grisby is being held on charges of business burglary, and 25-year-old Courtine Lloyd is charged with possession of stolen property. In the second robbery, authorities are searching for suspects Jordan Williams and Jakyron Harris, both 19-years of age. The Sheriff’s Department warns that anyone who may have purchased weapons from these men should surrender them to avoid being prosecuted as well.
