JACKSON, MS (Ben Caxton) — A busy day continued for the Jackson police yesterday. In addition to the nationwide manhunt underway for a suspect in multiple murders, a trio of accused murderers was either captured or turned themselves in to Police. 30-year-old Joshua Thomas was arrested Monday morning by US Marshals. The JPD accuses Thomas of murdering 29-year old Mario Lampkin earlier this month at his Forest Park Apartment with a shot to the head. 18-year-old Noah Bradley turned himself in Monday evening at police headquarters. Bradford has been charged with murder, in relation to the shooting death of 18-year-old Tunoris Lewis. He is also a suspect in a November 23 robbery of a local Metro PCS. And, Christopher Grubbs, 32, is back in the Hinds County Detention Center charged with murder in the shooting death of Rafael Thompson, 27, who was found February 14 in his SUV shot multiple times. Grubbs had been in custody at the Hinds County Detention Center until a judge ordered him to be released and transported to the Mississippi State Hospital at Whitfield where he was released for unknown reasons without notification to the court or police.
