Suspect Surrenders in Cleveland Triple Shooting

CLEVELAND, MS (Ben Caxton) — The man accused of shooting and injuring three people in Cleveland Tuesday afternoon has surrendered to police. Cleveland Police responded to the intersection of Ruby and Pearl Streets at 12:50 PM where they found 18-year-old Ethan Brewer, and 21-year-old Ricktavious Jackson, both with gunshot wounds to the leg, and 23-year-old Jessie Jackson Jr. with an apparent gunshot wound to the face according to Cleveland Chief of Police Buster Bingham. All were taken by ambulance initially to Bolivar Medical Center. Two have been airlifted to other hospitals for further treatment. On Wednesday afternoon Ricky Neal, of Cleveland, turned himself in at the Cleveland Police Department. He is being held on $75,000 bond on three charges of aggravated assault.
