Suspect Jailed in Connection with Indianola Shooting

INDIANOLA, MS (Ben Caxton) — A man has been arrested in connection with a weekend shooting in Indianola. 40-year-old Kenneth Moore was taken into custody by Indianola Police accused of shooting a friend at a Double Quick gas station on B.B. King Road. The victim, who has not been named publicly, suffered one gunshot wound, drove himself to the police station, and was later treated at a local health facility and released. Moore appeared before a judge on Tuesday. He is charged with aggravated assault.
