Student dies after Alcorn State chase

An Alcorn State University student has died following a chase through the campus. Investigators say Rikessa Lee of Webb was killed after the car in which she was a passenger crashed and burst into flames last week. 26-year-old Khalil Abdurrahman of Greenville allegedly sped away after a campus officer manning a gate allegedly smelled marijuana coming from the car Adburrahman was injured in the crash that killed his passenger, and has since been released from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. His facebook page indicates that he is an Alcorn State student as well.
