The Board of Commissioners for the South Delta Regional Housing Authority has voted to promote acting executive director Patricia Logan to the permanent position. She was one of four candidates who interviewed for the job, and the board indicated they chose her due to her 36 year history with the agency. Logan replaces fired former Executive Director A.J. Jefferson, who is serving 32 months in a federal prison on various charges, including embezzlement and witness intimidation.
