Second Monticello Fire Victim Identified

MONTICELLO, AR (Ben Caxton) — The victim in a fatal Monticello fire, the second in that city over a space of three days, has been identified. Police now say that it was 62-year-old Delton James of Monticello who died in the blaze which broke out around 2:00 PM in a residence near the corner of Oakland and North Speer Streets. A fire the previous Wednesday evening also turned deadly in Monticello, claiming the life of 56-year-old Angela Hoover Wallace.
