Reward For Info On Greenwood Bomb Threats Now $10,000

GREENWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — The reward for information leading to an arrest of those responsible for a rash of bomb threats to the Greenwood Milwaukee Tools plant now stands at $10,000. The plant received five bomb threats last week after two were received back in September. Each required a total evacuation of the building, stopping all work, while the plant was searched for explosives. To date, none have been found. A total of eleven law enforcement agencies are currently working the case including the Greenwood Police Department, the Leflore County Sheriff’s Department, the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
