Reeves Eight Pages Of Rules to Go to Church

JACKSON, MS (Ben Caxton) — Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves has issued guidelines for churches to reopen for in-person services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The 8 pages of suggestions include having multiple services rather than a single service so people can spread out in a sanctuary. Discouraging hugging and handshakes and encouraging masks during worship; minimizing sharing food and drinks and replacing choirs with solo singers. Mississippi’s “safer at home” order expires Monday and Reeves says guidelines are coming soon about reopening museums and other entertainment venues.
