RANKIN COUNTY, MS (Ben Caxton) — US Marshals have arrested a man wanted on multiple charges in Rankin County. 27-year-old Johnny Francis is charged with one count of commercial burglary, one count of residential burglary, one count of weapons trafficking and one count of conspiracy to commit residential burglary. Rankin County deputies had earlier arrested two 18-year-olds, Zacharius Edwards and Tori McWilliams. They had a stolen handgun from an August burglary at the time of their arrest. They confessed and named Francis a co-conspirator. All three were denied bond at their court appearances this week.
