Clarksdale Police asked the public’s help in locating a murder suspect. Greenwood Police responded to a shooting at a convenience mart that sent one man to the hospital and the Drew County Arkansas Sheriff’s Department is still searching for a suspect wanted in connection with a November 14 shooting death in Wilmar. In Cleveland, a teenage girl went missing but was found safe, and a traffic stop led to the arrest of two occupants of the car – and a man already behind bars. Mississippi Valley State fired its head football coach. The Leland school Board election ended in a mulligan with a revote coming up next week.
