Man Sleeping in Highway Struck and Killed

GREENVILLE, MS (Ben Caxton) — A man who apparently fell asleep in the middle of U.S. Highway 82 in Greenville was struck and killed by a passing car over the weekend. Police say 42-year-old Fredrick Williams was found dead in the 1800 block of U.S. 82 West in Greenville around 3:00 AM Saturday morning. According to the preliminary investigation, which included witness accounts and surveillance videos, Williams appears to have laid down in the highway and may have fallen asleep. The subject was then struck by passing motorists as he was laying in the roadway. The Greenville Police Department is actively attempting to identify vehicles that may have been involved asks anyone with knowledge of the incident to make contact with the Greenville Police Department or Crimestoppers.

How do they know this I find this story hard to believe and how can anyone know why he was really in the highway With all this killing folks going around everywhere. Who’s to say somebody didn’t knock him out and put him in the highway Don’t make since to me
