Man Arrested In Vicksburg Shooting Case

VICKSBURG, MS (Ben Caxton) — An arrest has been made in a Wednesday shooting in Vicksburg that sent a woman to the hosptal. 37-year-old Shcobey Harris has been charged with aggravated domestic violence, shooting into an occupied dwelling and felon in possession of a firearm. The arrest came on Friday. Bond has been set at $110,000 by Municipal Judge Penny Lawson. At this time Harris remains in custody n the Warren County jail. Vicksburg police Captain Sandra Williams said Harris fired multiple shots into a home located on the 200 block of Central Drive shortly after 3:00 AM Wednesday. The woman was hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the leg. The children were not injured.
