Lawsuit against South Delta Regional Housing Authority

A former employee of the South Delta Regional Housing Authority has filed a lawsuit, which was just unsealed and names a number of defendants. Nikki Wuestenhoefer seeks damages stemming from the alleged retaliation she suffered when former executive director A.J. Jefferson discovered that she was working with the FBI to uncover corruption. A.J. Jefferson has since been fired, convicted and sent to prison for embezzlement and other charges.
