Henry “Vick” Phelps IV was freed after Washington County Circuit Court Judge Margaret Carey approved a guilty plea reversal

Phelps turned himself in to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department after being indicted by a grand jury. He originally pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence and contributing to the death of Candace Marie Page. Later he changed his plea to guilty in Washington County Circuit Court and was sentenced to 13- years in prison and has already spent over three and a half years behind bars. Page’s family was said to be disappointed by the Judge’s decision to release him as they still believe his drunk driving caused the one-car wreck at Broadway and Clay in 2012 that killed their daughter on her 27th birthday.

. He has been free for 4 years , his trial is set for July 25,2016 in Washington County where he killed my daughter on her 27 birthday

  2. Oh Paula hush, you are just running after that money. They didn’t even prove who was driving the car in the wreck still and it’s 2019.
