GRENADA, MS (Ben Caxton) — A Grenada man faces felony charges for burning a railroad bridge. 20-year-old Chaz Atkins is charged with felony malicious mischief for setting fire to a bridge over the Yalobusha River over the Fourth of July weekend. Railroad officials estimate repairs to the bridge will cost $300,000 to $500,000 and the work could take a month or more.
When are you going to do a fallow up store on bridge burning. People want to know if the man that did it was punished.
