HINDS COUNTY, MS (Ben Caxton) — A 22-year-old Mississippi who woman saved a paraplegic man from a burning van was honored this week by the Hinds County Board of Supervisors. On January 30th emergency medical technician Courtney Tullos was on her way to work when she noticed a van had crashed into a tree off of the Natchez Trace Parkway.
