Former Parks and Rec director pleads guilty

A former director of the Greenville Parks and Recreation Department has pleaded guilty to embezzlement. Yvette Yeager was accused of stealing 85-thousand dollars from the city over a nearly five year period from October 2007 to September 2012 through a system that involved fraudulent receipts for cash and checks. She had worked for Parks and Rec since 1997. Her sentencing has been set for next week.
