Former Greenwood City Clerk Gets a Plaque for 19 Years Of Service

GREENWOOD, MS (Ben Caxton) — Greenwood’s Mayor and Council took some time out at Tuesday’s meeting to honor a long-term city staffer who is moving on. City Clerk, Nick Joseph Jr. who announced his retirement from city work May 1st received a plaque from the council for his 19 years of service to the city. First working as Chief Administrating Officer, then Director of Human Resources, and finally as City Clerk. Joseph has accepted a new position with Greenwood’s public utilities company.
