Former College Dean Goes to Prison for Meth Found in Cereal Box


(Gulfport, MS) — A former college dean is in prison after two pounds of meth were found in a cereal box and a duffel bag. Morris Wilson Etheredge, an ex-academic dean at Virginia College in Biloxi, received an almost seven-year prison term Wednesday along with three years of probation. In January, Etheredge and a co-defendant pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute meth.
