Denny’s Robber Arrested And Charged

 

GREENVILLE, MS (Ben Caxton) — A Greenville man arrested and being held by Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies for a shooting spree that left five area homes damaged by gunfire and one resident injured was charged yesterday with additional crimes yesterday. 19-year-old James Trevor Davis was identified as the suspect in the Tuesday morning robbery at Denny’s by the Greenville police Department. Davis is being held on four counts of shooting into a dwelling and one count of aggravated assault. Now Greenville PD has warrants for Davis’ arrest relating to the Denny’s incident and police told Delta Daily News that have a hold on him as well pending resolution to the charges Washington County have made. Charges pending from Greenville are for one count of armed robbery, and one count of attempted armed robbery.
