Cindy Still Causing Tropical Problems For The Delta

THE DELTA (Ben Caxton) — Even though tropical storm Cindy has been downgraded to Tropical Depression Cindy, the Delta could receive up to five inches of rain this weekend. A waterspout came ashore and caused flood damage in Biloxi; tornadoes were reported near Birmingham; and a 10-year-old boy vacationing in Fort Morgan, Alabama was killed when he was struck by a large log in the surf outside of a condo in Fort Morgan, Alabama on Wednesday.
