Preliminary budget talks underway in Greenville

Greenville officials are in the preliminary stages of discussing the budget for the fiscal year that starts October first. The City Council will begin sessions in July, with a budget vote expected by early September. The city is operating under the current budget, which is worth 60 million dollars.
