Bryant Asks Tennessee for Wal Mart Shooter

JACKSON, MS (Ben Caxton) — On Monday Governor Phil Bryant signed an extradition warrant for the 39-year-old man accused of killing two managers and starting a fire at a Southaven Walmart. Martez Abram is hospitalized in Memphis and is fighting extradition from Shelby County, Tennessee. Tennessee Governor Bill Lee must also sign the warrant to return Abram to Mississippi. He’s charged with murder in the shooting deaths of 40-year-old Anthony Brown and 38-year-old Brandon Gales on July 30th, a day after he was suspended from his job at the Walmart.
