BREAKING: 16-Year-Old Shot in Greenville

GREENVILLE, MS (Ben Caxton) — Greenville Police have just released details this morning of a second shooting that occurred in the city yesterday. The incident happened around 9:00 PM Wednesday night in the 500 block of McAllister Street in Greenville. On arrival police found a 16-year-old boy who had been shot in the wrist. He was transported to Delta Regional Medical Center but as of this morning there is no report available on his condition. The victim’s name is being withheld as he is a juvenile. Police are telling Delta Daily News that the investigation revealed the youth was standing outside when a black truck with other juveniles drove by and began firing shots.
