Arkansas in Top Ten for Drug Problems

WASHINGTON, DC (Ben Caxton) — Personal-finance website WalletHub has released its report on the States with the Biggest Drug Problems. The study compares 50 states and the District of Columbia in 22 key categories from arrest and overdose rates to opioid prescriptions and employee drug testing laws. DC ranked number one overall with Arkansas 6th, Tennessee 14th, and Mississippi 28th.
