Another Tornado Outbreak Possible in the Delta Today

THE DELTA (Ben Caxton) — Forecasters say tornadoes and severe thunderstorms are once again a strong possibility across the Delta today. The severe storms are most likely from late morning through the afternoon today with the possibility of strong tornadoes, damaging winds of 70 to 80 mph, and hail up to quarter size in diameter. The Storm Prediction Center has placed the Delta in the “Enhanced” risk category, level 3 on a 1 to 5 rating scale. Stay with Delta Radio today.
