HUNTSVILLE, AL (Ben Caxton) — Huntsville, Alabama will be the home of a $1.6 billion joint venture plant between Toyota and Mazda that will eventually employ 4000 people. Beginning next year the plant will produce 300,000 vehicles per year, a combination of Toyota Corollas and a new small crossover SUV from Mazda.
