The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Watch for an area that includes Bolivar County and Sunflower County. The Watch is in effect through midnight tonight. The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency asked residents to remain weather aware for the next 24 hours due the possibility of icy roads that could impact travel.
