A report from an accounting firm finds the South Delta Regional Housing Authority in good standing

The Gardendale, Alabama – based Lloyd and Associates found that the housing authority finished 2012 with 300-thousand dollars in profit that will eventually be re-invested in improving the housing stock. The agency is working to rebuild its reputation after a former executive director was convicted of corruption and sent to prison.
