A man wanted in connection with an alleged DUI accident that killed a woman in Greenville last year has turned himself in

Henry Phelps turned himself in to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and faces a bond hearing tomorrow. He was being sought in a single-car accident at Broadway and Clay that killed 27-year-old Candace Marie Page in February 2012.
