42-year-old Rhonda Taylor was out on bond for a previous meth charge when she was arrested again during a traffic stop on November 14th. Law enforcement officials say crystal meth arrests have declined in Washington County during the last few years, due to their crackdown, but they are still working to eliminate the local meth trade.
