A fire that burned down the A la Carte Alley Restaurant in Cleveland on August 16th has been determined to be accidental

Fire officials say the fire is believed to have started in a dryer. It quickly spread and caused significant damage. The owner says they are still working with an insurance specialist and have not been able to do any rebuilding work yet. South Group Insurance, which was next door, has moved into the Commerce Building since the area is not inhabitable.
