A bond hearing is set for today for Henry Phelps, charged in a fatal wreck in Greenville last year

The 24-year-old Anguilla resident turned himself in several days ago to face drunk driving charges stemming from a single-car accident at Broadway and Clay that killed Candace Marie Page on February 26th, 2012, which was the victim’s 27th birthday.
